My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. I was deeply disappointed with the unpleasant smell in my room and the lack of a proper resolution to my complaints. While the pool area had a nice vibe, the inconsistency in service and lack of amenities left much to be desired. On the bright side, the comfortable beds were a plus, but the overall experience was marred by issues with maintenance and out-of-service facilities.

My week in Las Vegas had its ups and downs. The hotel had some nice amenities, especially the pool area, but I ran into issues with the service and room conditions. While the staff were genuinely nice and accommodating regarding our mix-up, we had some frustrating moments with the room's maintenance and housekeeping. There's potential here, but improvements are definitely needed.

The room was a surprise with a jacuzzi, but it was freezing when we arrived and the AC remote didn't work. The shower clogged, which was frustrating, especially on our last day when there was no hot water.

Checking in was smooth, but the response to maintenance issues was slow, and the phone in the room didn't work, which made communication hard.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Hard Rock and a short walk to the strip, but the area felt a bit sketchy at night. Being close to convenient shops was a plus.
